I’ve been the director at Iowa Regular Baptist Camp since 2000. We’ve been a Brotherhood Mutual customer the whole time. Their rates are competitive and the product is excellent. Our agent, Terry Townsend, meets with me on an annual basis to walk through our coverage and needs. Whenever I have a question, the American Church Group of Iowa & Platte River team is always willing to take the time to help me understand what coverage we have and why we need it. They help me understand increases, look at ways to save some money, and see other areas where we’re still exposed and need more coverage. When we have had claims, Brotherhood Mutual takes care of us and does a great job. We’ve not had any complaints from our campers when they’ve had claims. The home office is prompt and if there’s ever any questions, they walk through it with us.
